Piotr Fijas (born July 27, 1958 in Bielsko-Biała) was a Polish ski jumper who competed from 1979 to 1988.
He won a bronze medal at the FIS Ski-Flying World Championships 1979 in Planica, Yugoslavia (now Slovenia). Fijas also finished seventh in the individual normal hill at the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo. He also had three individual career victories from 1980 to 1986, all in individual large hill events. For a time he was the world record holder in ski flying in 1987 in Planica when he landed at 194 m WR distance.
